RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer 7 days of hassle-free return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
- A query must be raised with our customer care executives within 72 Hours from the date of delivery on link mentioned our website. ( RETURN/EXCHANGE TAB)
- Kindly, upload clear images of the products with the labels/tags intact.
- The items must have all their labels/tags intact.
- The items must and be in perfect condition, the same as they were when shipped by us.
- The items must be returned in the same packaging material that they were sent in, along with the invoice of the same.
- You are more than welcome to try on a product but please take all suitable measures to preserve its original condition, tags, labels and packaging.
- PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED WITH ANOTHER SIZE OF THE SAME PRODUCT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLEARANCE SALE PRODUCTS ARE NON RETURNABLE.
We offer door step pickup services at no additional costs or charge, so you never have to worry about anything.
- After the Return has been placed, it’ll further take 7-10 Days to reach our warehouse, after that it goes under a quality check and a refund will be issued upon passing that.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped with the tags. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided
- For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided within 24 hours from the date of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
- Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH CAN BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
- We process the payment on the day the product passes the quality check but it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank. If it still doesn’t reflect in your account then please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.
REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
